By creating an account or using InsyraIQ, you agree to these terms. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and authorized to act for any business or workspace you connect.

You are responsible for accurate registration details, safeguarding credentials, activity under your account, and ensuring workspace members have appropriate access.

InsyraIQ helps authorized users import Google Business Profile locations and review data and view feeds, rating trends, sentiment, topics, coverage, and quota-aware automated analysis.

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, evade quotas, violate law or third-party rights, or use connected data outside the permissions granted to you.

Google services and AI or infrastructure providers are governed by their own terms and availability. Your Google Business Profile connection must comply with Google requirements, and you remain responsible for the accounts and data you authorize.

Sentiment, topics, and other automated insights may be incomplete or inaccurate. They are decision-support signals, not professional advice, and should be reviewed in context.

Free and paid plan features, quotas, and prices may change with reasonable notice. A paid plan does not begin unless a supported billing flow and applicable purchase terms are presented; the marketing page itself does not create a subscription.

We may maintain, modify, suspend, or discontinue service features. InsyraIQ and its software remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws; connected third-party content remains subject to its source terms. You may stop using the service, and access may be suspended for material misuse or risk.

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. InsyraIQ does not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free analysis. Liability is limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law; rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
