Data & Account Deletion

Deletion may remove access for you or other workspace members and can be difficult to reverse. If you only want to stop Google access, you can revoke InsyraIQ from the connections or security area of your Google account.

You may request deletion of your InsyraIQ account, organization or workspace data you control, saved Google connections, cached Google Business Profile reviews and metadata, and associated derived analytics.

Limited operational, security, usage, or transaction records may be retained when reasonably necessary to meet legal obligations, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, or maintain system integrity. We do not promise indefinite retention of derived analytics.

OAuth tokens are revoked or removed as part of an applicable deletion request. Raw cached Google content is refreshed or deleted in line with applicable Google API terms and retention requirements. Revoking access in Google prevents future authorized access but does not itself submit an InsyraIQ account-deletion request.

Email support@insyraiq.com from the address associated with your account. State whether you want to delete your account, a workspace, a Google connection, or all applicable data. We may ask for reasonable verification before acting.
