This policy explains the categories of information InsyraIQ processes to provide review intelligence. It does not claim rights in Google content, and our practices remain subject to applicable platform terms and law.

Account data may include your email, username, organization or workspace details, and location-management choices. With your authorization, we process Google Business Profile locations, reviews, and review metadata. We also maintain operational logs, service metrics, and usage or quota records needed to operate and protect the service.

Google OAuth tokens are stored securely in encrypted form and used only to access Business Profile data you authorize. Raw Google Business Profile content is treated as temporary cached data, not permanent owned content. Cached content may be refreshed or deleted according to applicable Google API terms and retention requirements.

InsyraIQ derives rating distributions, trends, sentiment, topics, and analysis coverage from review data. Review text may be sent to the configured AI service provider to classify sentiment or topics. These providers and infrastructure services process data to help operate InsyraIQ.

We use authentication or session cookies, workspace-selection cookies, and a language-preference cookie to keep you signed in, select the correct organization, and remember your language. We do not describe these essential cookies as advertising trackers.

We use technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect information, but no system can guarantee absolute security. Retention depends on operational needs, account status, legal obligations, and Google API requirements; derived analytics are not promised to be retained indefinitely.

You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of account information by following our data and account deletion instructions or contacting support. Some limited records may remain where required for security, legal, or operational reasons.
